JSC „Robusta", a private limited liability company, was founded on 8 December 1994. The company is run by 4 shareholders. JSC „Robusta" specializes in grain acceptance, cleaning, drying, storing, rape growing and load carriage. Beside the main activities the company occupies with some additional business fields, i.e. rental of premises, trade in spare parts and garage services. The inseparable part of company activities is grain trade. The major part of production is realized in the markets of CIS and the Baltic States.
Currently 50 workers are employed in JSC “Robusta”. 10% of employees have a high education. Every year the company workers have an opportunity to improve their skills and acquire knowledge in refresher courses.
The company has a daughter enterprise in Cherson (Ukraine), which also specializes in grain trade, and has an elevator of 45.000 tons.

The efficiency of every company activity depends on the actions of the operating personnel. UAB „Robusta" is managed by the board appointed by shareholders. It deals with the main matters of activity, analyzes results and schedules perspectives that are to be implemented by administration. Administration organizes and carries out economical activities of the company, and deals with the problems of strategic development of the company. The key objective of the company is to effectively organize the work of the company, protect and increase property of the company, and ensure the profitable use of it.
